I'm sure this a beach, but it looks like a whimsical version of the pool by the ocean at Bondi Beach. With the constant use of tans and blues and greens throughout the entire scene, I feel like I am almost looking at an underwater world.

I fear the painter might be schizophrenic because I have no idea how they are coming up with this scene. Truly mental behavior.
