No not that Bob Dylan. Unless it is. I don't know what Bob Dylan is up to these days.

I love how vibrant all the colors are in this scene. I feel like this is an idealistic view of the world with the bright yellow walls, glistening streets, and clear skies. It looks straight out of a movie where it seems like the characters live in the perfect city, but also if the city is perfect, why is there nobody on the streets.
