Public Gardens, May in Boston | Bruno Zupan, 2024
Public Gardens, May in Boston | Bruno Zupan, 2024

I remember visiting Boston and walking through this park, and thinking how lovely. Not a very deep thought, but this is just such a pleasant space, and I just imagine myself strolling through this garden. I believe the only way to navigate this place is by strolling. No walking, no running. Just strolling.

I love how the trees and the city background pretty seamlessly blend together. It isn’t a harsh line of nature vs industrial that is often portrayed in scenes like this. Everything feels in unison in this piece. Even the bright pink doesn’t stand out too much just serves as a brief glimpse into the blooming flowers of spring. A perfectly captured moment of spring.
