Let the record show that every title of a Dale Frank artwork that I have seen so far is about underwear. Occasionally about underwear in an incredibly unpleasant way. This title is imaginative and descriptive, crude yet curious.

I can imagine this title came about in the same way I name my Spotify playlists or Pinterest boards. By seeing something or hearing something and capturing an indescribable vibe through a moment of synesthesia that results in an absurd phrase. The phrase can't be explained, but it is somehow also the only complete way to describe it.
